Availability of the product
All products offered by Funeraria Apostol are subject to availability depending on stock. If any product ordered is out of stock, the buyer will be notified, in which case the company reserves the right to replace it with an alternative product of similar characteristics, whose quality and quantity will be equivalent or superior.
Prices and offers
The price corresponds to the amount indicated at the time of contracting the products and services contracted, to which the corresponding taxes are included according to the regulations in force at any given time. Funeraria Apóstol only guarantees the delivery of the floral arrangement contracted through this website up to one hour before the end of the wake. The corresponding times can always be consulted in the obituaries of the deceased.

Claims, cancellations and refunds
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Funeraria Apostol of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement. You can contact us through the contact form.
Given the nature of the service, Funeraria Apóstol only admits cancelling the order within hours of making the purchase, as long as the preparation of the floral arrangement has not been started,since the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly..
Thus, based on the provisions of Article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, you may not exercise your right of withdrawal on those goods made according to your specifications or that are clearly customised. Also indicate that, based on the provisions of paragraphs d) and e) of Article 103 of the same legal text, the right of withdrawal shall not apply when the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, as well as those sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.
