Claims, cancellations and refunds

Given the nature of the service, Funeraria Apóstol only admits cancelling the order within hours of making the purchase, as long as the preparation of the floral arrangement has not been started,since the right of withdrawal is not applicable to the supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly..
